New Years Tune Up

Our New Years Tune up practice is an opportunity for you to purify from the holidays, move your body, focus your mind and create intentions for the New Year.

For many of us in the yogasphere, the New Year is just a continuation of the work we have already been doing. As yoga practitioners this is a great time to make a recommitment to our practice, let go of what no longer serves us and create a great foundation for the year ahead.

In this 2 hour all levels Yin practice we’ll focus on supporting all of our bodies systems in a nourishing cycle that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Juice Institute cold pressed juice is crafted in Belair using true cold pressed technology.

We use a 200kg hydrolic press and take fresh whole foods, supporting local suppliers and press our produce to create beautifully detailed, clean juice. Our process allows for all the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes of our plants to be captured in each juice jar we create.

Our juice is fresh, raw and untreated, served in glass and made to order. We specialise in juice cleansing and also love sharing daily juices to replenish micronutrient levels. Quite simply, our juice gives busy people an easy way to recharge, re-energies and find balance.
